Jon Wipfli, a Wisconsin native and graduate of the French Culinary Institute of New York, has traveled the country developing an extensive cooking repertoire and is dedicated to cooking with local and sustainable ingredients. He has worked in the kitchen at restaurants such as Marlow and Sons, and Cookshop in New York City.
